Becoming A Member Is Easy…

Simply open a Members 1st Share Savings Account and deposit and maintain a balance of $5.00 or more. It’s that easy. When you become a member, you are immediately eligible for the many money-saving credit union loans, accounts and account management services.

Who Can Join?

If you are an employee of one of our Member Organization select employer groups, retired from a group, or are an immediate family member of a group employee, you can become a credit union member. Once you join, you can remain a member for life, even if you change jobs, move or retire. “Once a member, always a member!”

When you can’t come to a Members 1st of NJ Credit Union local branch office, you can still conveniently access your accounts and conduct financial transactions nationwide.

Members 1st of NJ FCU is a member of the CU Service Centers ® network. It includes hundreds of credit unions and self service locations where you can access your accounts and conduct many of the same transactions you do at Members 1st. For example, you can apply for loans, make cash withdrawals and verify account balances. It’s the perfect solution anytime you’re away from home.
